The teachers are excellent, Sonu Kumar sir and Sachin sir will pull you out of your comfort box, they will ensure that your flexibility and strength reaches to your maximum potential. pranayama class by trijita ma'am was so refreshing, Anatomy by Latha ma'am was fun, active and gained a lot of knowledge. Philosophy class by Mahesh Ji was like knowledge gaining session, trust me you will never feel bored. I'm very glad to have met other classmates and learn yoga together. I am obliged to all the teachers at 7chakras yoga school for being the guide in my Yoga journey, I would recommend the course to any practitioners who would like to know more about yoga and would like to introduce and teach yoga to beginners.
