"200-hour and 300-hours yttc with 7 chakras yoga schol"

I completed my 200-hour and 300-hour YTTC at 7 Chakras Rishikesh in May and June. The entire staff was incredibly supportive and sweet. Ajay Ji fostered a close relationship with every student, taking the time to personally engage with us. The Ashtanga teacher was strict during classes but very warm outside, making the learning experience enjoyable. Pankaj Ji's pranayama sessions were deeply relaxing, and Sonu Ji excelled as an alignment teacher. Rohit Ji delivered engaging classes that all students appreciated. Himanshu Ji made anatomy lessons easy to grasp, while Abhishek Ji's gentle demeanor enhanced his excellent teaching of Hatha Yoga. We will miss the namaste ji of hatha teacher. Shivam Sir's Iyengar classes were invaluable for relieving body pain and were taught with great skill.

Shidant Ji, our philosophy teacher and a monk, imparted profound wisdom in his classes on yoga philosophy. The excursions and activities organized were thoroughly enjoyable for all of us. Special mention goes to Chef Sushil Bhaiya and Manoj Uncle Ji for their delicious, protein-rich meals tailored perfectly for yoga students. Summi Sir (Bhaiya) stood out for his gentleness, support, and unwavering readiness to assist us, often sacrificing his own rest for our benefit. thank you summi bhai.

I can recommend 7 chakras for the family environment they create and quality of teaching that is provided. I felt supported by the staff and wonderful connections you make with your group and teachers during an intensive training. The food was healthy and delicious - my only comment would be more protein at times (there are plenty of shops where you can buy protein powder or bars yourself). "Safe, High quality teaching by dedicated staff "

What an amazing, well organised, safe place to learn. The training programme is well structured, packed with everything you need. It’s truly a well balanced and considered course. But it was more than just a course, it was like being within a family that cared and looked after your need. Staff were so knowledgeable and great at teaching and patient with us less experienced and supple ones. It was an amazing experience from 4.30 when I woke up till 11pm when I went to sleep. The philosopher was amazing and had so much to share. Like all staff were experts in their fields. I have no complaints except it went too fast and would recommend this yoga school. You really feel you have been set up to achieve. I came for my own practise but feel I’m in a position to start a yoga career. There were opportunities to complete other awards too, if you could fit it in. I want to go back to Rishikesh, just to meet the staff again. You won’t be let down. They even organised weekend events and were flexible to group needs. An amazing team run this programme.

I had such an incredible and enriching experience at 7 chakras. The depth of knowledge and patience of the teachers was amazing, the staff made us feel like family and the food and accommodation was great. "Sorry to say that "

I'm truly sorry to leave this review, especially for the teachers who are mostly fantastic, but I absolutely do not recommend this school. The reasons are numerous, but to name a few: the teaching hours they promise are not even half, classes cancelled at the last minute without rescheduling, random days off, the 300-hour program is unfeasible because they want to cram it into 25 days instead of providing the necessary time, absolute lack of protein and fresh food, dirty spaces.

I believe there are 3000 yoga schools in Rishikesh, and I don't see a single reason to choose this one. Once again, I apologize to the teachers because many of them are truly incredible.

"High quality and enjoyable YTCC"

Great place if you are looking for a YTTC in Rishikesh. I did the 200hrs and really enjoyed it. The teachers and staff are super nice and they do their very best to make it a great experience for everyone. Every teacher was very knowledgable and made their classes both very educative and enjoyable! The food was good, and I had a very comfortable private room. Also the school organizes activities on free days.

There are some small points of improvements, which makes me give 4 instead of 5 stars, like the last minute communication, cleanness of yoga hall, and according to me some classes could have been with faster pace and more efficient. However, I also understand that they want to make it doable for everyone. And I'm sure every school has its things to improve. So therefore I would definitely recommend 7 chakras! You will learn a lot and will have a great time!

The whole 300 hour course was quite impactful and such knowledgeable instructors which I wish I could have had more days to spend with them. The accommodation, the food and the lovely staff made the experience comfortable for the time away from home. Katia

"Glad to post my experience to the ....7 Chakras Yoga School"

It has been a wonderful experience for me. I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of all masters throughout the training, they are very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. I have learnt a lot about advanced yoga poses, alignment, how to enter into a pose using various techniques. Although I am a intermediate level student of yoga, I have still learnt about posture’s anatomy and variations, counter poses. I have also received guidance and inspiration from masters how I can work towards my body flexibility and my goal. I would definitely recommend this course to all yogis if you wanted to take your yoga journey to the next level. I have loved being on this journey with them. Namaste
