"Customer service was very nice, but…"
Customer service was very nice and responsive. The actual product is flimsy. Wire frame is held together with plastic clips, which will disintegrate in today’s fading ozone layer.
One small door makes is impossible to get into the run to add food, or clean. The hen house is tiny three chickens are in there like sardines in a can. Three tiny slats for ventilation, it’s like a sealed coffin. My chickens will not go in even though I filled it with their favorite treat.

"I purchased the Omelet Eglu Go Up"
I purchased the Omelet Eglu Go Up. I had multiple defective parts. I contacted the company and they agreed to send the parts, but only after I had to jump through hoops.... The parts were shipped the slowest way possible. I would expect that they would be overnighted since the company obviously didn't have adequate quality control over the items they were selling. I requested a return for the coop since the parts were delayed in arriving. They proceeded in demanding I clean the coop.... Which I never got to use since they sent me a defective one. I ship the coop back and now they want to hold me refund until God knows when. At this rate I'll get my refund in a couple of years with how slow this company is. My next steps are to dispute the charges with my bank and file a formal complaint with the BBB. I have to wonder if all these positive reviews are "paid" or "comped" with free or discounted items. This is the most unprofessional and dishonest company I have ever had the displeasure in dealing with. Never again will I ever buy from them. I will make it my mission to let everyone know about my horrid experience.

"You will be frustrated and full of regret"
You will be frustrated and ultimately regret spending so much money. Wish I read the real reviews before purchasing. The run is also in the middle of well made and flimsy. Set up is weird and things didn’t match up well. There is some give so I gave them a star for that. I don’t understand the good reviews at all. They must not have actually purchased it.
Missing parts is common. When I tried to reach out, no one responds. The instructions are so complicated. You literally have to match 6 figure serial numbers to another diagram. The letter diagram didn’t match up on their connector bags. Maybe printing errors. I figured it out because I needed a temporary place for the chickens but boy… a large dog kennel would have been cheaper and better made. It’s been over 7 days… still waiting for a response. I went out and bought some metal grips and stakes instead. So prepare to spend more money. I would send it back but the run is packaged into multiple pieces (six , yes six in my case). It still requires some chicken proofing. They probably make it insanely hard to return. Genius at maximizing difficulty and keeping your money. Finally, the connectors are flimsy plastic, the whole thing won’t last. Get a large well made dog kennel and save yourself the headache. I have pictures but this site doesn’t let you post. I’m sure they will say something like but I can’t find you in the system. My over $1300 bill says different.

"Don’t buy the automated chicken door"
Don’t buy the automated chicken door. Clunky control panel not working from the time we got it. Customer service has been unresponsive. Don’t be fooled by the flashy videos on the website. Look for something more sophisticated. Your chickens lives depend on it.

"The Omlet fence is a terrible option…"
The Omlet fence is a terrible option for chickens. Not only did my fence not hold up very well (it was easily destroyed by deer and weather before a year was out), but it's too short to contain chickens. My heavy breeds (Australorps and Jersey Giants) were able to fly over it, and if they can get over it, any chicken can.

"Too flimsy for the real world"
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in the Omlet chicken run. It arrived in many different boxes over a weeks time, is very flimsy and difficult to put together. The instructions are not clear and diagrams very small. I've had chickens for 12 years and in my opinion it's simply not sturdy enough for the real, rough and tumble world. If you push against it, it bends very easily. Terribly overpriced for the quality.

"Horrible instructions"
Horrible instructions, had to spend a lot of time finding the right video instead of reading the book. Didn't get everything I ordered and what I did get isn't right to begin with

"Automatic Door Killed 4 of My Chickens"
We bought an Omlet complete set up in 2021 and had no issues until the past week. We had to change the batteries on our automatic door for our coop and it wouldn't close. We contacted them and they told us to do a factory reset and unplug the wiring and it should work again. We did and it worked properly for 1 day. Yesterday morning the door opened fine and at some point after 4 of my hens went into the nesting box side the door malfunctioned and closed. In the 95 degree Florida heat they slowly died from heat exhaustion. My husband called and customer service totally lacked empathy about their product failure killing my birds which are like family.

"Omlet has quality products & customer service"
Omlet has quality products. I have the auto chicken door. I installed it directly on to my existing coop, and it works great! 1.5 years later, my control panel is having unknown issues and stopped working. The customer service to help me with my issue was phenomenal, and already have a part being sent out to fix it! Highly recommend this company!
