Having never taken on a Hyrox before, I felt unsure about how to approach my training. I wasnāt sure how to balance endurance with strength, and I didnāt feel confident Iād be ready for the event.
Chloeās programming changed all that. Each workout was focused and effective, and I quickly noticed gains in my stamina, strength, and recovery. By race day, I felt fully preparedāstrong, confident, and ready to tackle anything. Thanks to Chloe, Iām now aiming to take on a singles Hyrox, and I couldnāt be more excited! Since Jan 2023-
- I am feeling so much more confident and happy in myself
- I enjoy going to the gym and feel confident going to new gyms or doing new exercises
- I participate voluntarily in extra sports and cardio
-My relationship with food and understanding of fuelling my body has completely changed for the better
-I understand so much more about my menstrual cycle
-On top of this I managed to lose 17kg, whilst still enjoying food I love and social events too!
Chloe is such a considerate and kind coach who always listens to you and your thoughts and feelings.

I would recommend Chloeās Lifestyle shift programme to anyone. Before I did it I really wasnāt a gym person and had never worked with a PT. The best thing was she really listened to who you are and took care to construct an individual programme that was really going to work. The weekly check ins are great to keep on track. We only worked together for 6 months and I lost weight but more importantly changed my mindset for life, I now love the gym and my relationship with food is so different. I started working with Chloe in June 2022 after I found myself in a rut with food and changing habits. It was a really big step as I was really nervous. I had always been active but just found I had lost my way at the time and wasnāt taking care of myself the way I wanted to and wasnāt sure where to start and so I approached working with Chloe and The Lifestyle Shift to get that ball rolling and ultimately for someone to keep me accountable. Chloe put all my worries at bay and answered all my initial questions and I couldnāt wait to get started.
One thing I always had to remind myself was everything takes time and it is a lifestyle change (hence the name) and thatās something Chloe also had to remind me at times when I was impatient when I saw minimal changes. But these āminimalā changes led to a huge change that I donāt always think you notice at the time and it isnāt until you look back on previous photos or your progress pictures that you see how far you have come.
Nearly two years on and my eating habits have changed and the confidence I have gained to carry on with what Iāve learnt is invaluable and I couldnāt be more thankful to Chloe if I tried. The amount of care and detail that goes into each client is admirable and just shows how dedicated Chloe is to helping her clients feel and be the best they can be. Nothing is too much and she is always there to reach out to if you had a question or query ahead of check in.
I would recommend Chloe in a heartbeat and encourage anyone to join The Lifestyle Shift because you wonāt regret it, sheās fantastic at what she does.
