I needed to change some radiator brackets as I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size - totally my error! The help I was given was exceptional. Mark tested out some different brackets on a radiator like mine, sent me photos so that I could see which one was best - then arranged for me to receive them the next day in exchange for my wrong ones. Amazing! Thank you so much

We made a couple of visits to their showroom to choose some decorative radiators and to view the finish options plus radiator valves. Mark and his team expertly guided us through the numerous options available, we settled on some bespoke Arroll and Multisec radiators plus matching valves. These are now installed and look amazing! Fabulous company to deal with from start to finish, many thanks everyone!

"Experience from a Dutch customer"
I was a little hesitant because my order had to be delivered to the Netherlands and I was not sure how that would turn out post-Brexit.
But Mark could assure me that he had experience exporting to the Netherlands. He got me a very good transport cost quote for my 800kg order.
The order went through without any delay or unexpected costs.
And the cast iron radiators are absolutely wonderful!

Could not recommend enough. I received a call shortly after submitting an enquiry and was tasked through options and provided a quote the same evening. The gentleman I spoke to was really friendly and patient, and knew what he was taking about - he talked us through different options until we were comfortable... Photos were sent via WhatsApp so we knew exactly what we were ordering
The radiator arrived in the day originally set, and it's beautiful.
Absolutely thrilled, and it's so refreshing to speak to a company that actually WANTS to speak to you back!

"Fantastic company to work with"
Foundry were fantastic from start to finish and the radiators delivered are beautiful.
Shane went above and beyond to make sure the radiators would suit our project, both in terms of styling and heat output. The project sheets were a real help too, particularly for the builders when it came to pipe placement. I felt a little guilty towards the end for taking up so much of Shane and Foundry's time!!
COVID is presenting challenges for all and how a company reacts to difficulties is a true marker of their integrity and quality. We understand there was a small challenge with the supply of one small item within our order; Shane spotted it before the first delivery even arrived, proactively got in touch, sourced the part from somewhere else and it was with us within 24 hours.
We would definitely use again and recommend the team.

"Great Customer Service"
After having a bad day of customer service with another company I was dealing with, I ordered a bathtub online through Foundry Cast Iron. I just wanted to say in contrast, what wonderful customer service I received. The person I spoke to went above and beyond to inform me about the product and delivery and what to expect. This review is totally based on customer service as I won’t receive the product for another 8 weeks, but I will endeavor to report back once I have. Thank you for all your help so far Foundry Cast Iron!
