I waited for YEARS to start my business because I was confused about the legalities. Instead of actually taking action and building my business, I wasted my nights and weekends researching bookkeeping, tax filing, etc.

I wasn't sure about working with an online service, but they have been responsive and accessible, always able to answer questions that come up when I review my accounting. Love the easy, intuitive interface.

Edit: The platform has a clear interface, is easy to use, and performs well. Unfortunately, we stopped receiving answers from them 25 days ago; therefore, we no longer believe that Bench delivers reliable and timely information. On the other hand, it is not yet possible for non-U.S. business owners to access tax advisory services.

Bench will promise you that by using Bench it will make your life easier and allow you to focus on running your business. THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE! I have never been so stressed in my life after I signed up with Bench. They never deliver on what they promise and they will promise you services to get you to sign up but later you find out they don't even support that service and will try to get you to sign up for another monthly service! THE GOOD OLD BAIT AND SWITCH! It's very hard to get a response and they don't take your input on your books and will completely wreck your bookkeeping! And I still haven't received my 2023 Tax Documents! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! Also, good luck on getting a refund, no response on that either!

"This company is FRAUD"

This company is FRAUD! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. They will contact you to signup and trap you into a 12 month contract. They never answer their phones because they have outsourced all calls over seas. They never answer you questions in the client portal and they do not categorize your expenses correctly. I have reached out to them over 10 times and I still have yet to get a response from anyone, BUT when it comes to signing you up and taking your money you can get them on the phone all day. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY GUYS!
