Recently bought Arma ladies bike boots. Originally ordered Brown, but needed to get black ones. Phoned them and they were very curtious and polite. Exchange was a breeze. The prices were very competitive. Delivery was very fast. I really can't fault them. I won't hesitate to use them again for any bike gear. Fantastic shopping experience. Try their ebay shop before you go anywhere else.

Several items purchased from Raceleathers over the last few years. I have consistently found them to be keenly priced, with prompt dispatch via a decent carrier. On one occasion I have had cause to return an item as it was unsuitable and the response I got was quick and helpful. Would undoubtedly buy with confidence from these guys again.

Ordered a pair of boots through their website. Received boots with a broken zipper (and were also a size too small). I emailed their sales support email address and called 5 times over a month to exchange the boots and were completely ignored. They never once responded to me and now I'm out $250 with nothing to show. I feel like I've been stolen from.
