ordered my RST boots and they arrived within a couple of days, fantastic product great service would throughly recommend Raceleathers

bought ebay item and not delivered from raceleathers. Tracking number by company they used all that given. Proof of signature and witness and proof no-one in, to give to the courier, but raceleathers ignored all, till time run out to do anything through paypal. raceleathers just delayed and delayed, and now i feel they lied from the start. £280 for a helmet and didnt deliver and accused customer of lying basic. No wonder they have a reputation in the area.

Nope, not one word of lie from me, i didnt need to. You even acknowledged that i had been wronged by the courier.You did not even show me the signature AFTER i had sent proof of signature to you. I could prove there was no-one in the property at the time of delivery, i even had a witness, who saw the courier leave the item on the step and left, you didnt once ask for their details or any other details, you just kept banging on about what yodel said. I did speak to the police who advised to go throught the relevent channels, which i did, and all you provided paypal with was a tracking number and nothing else. Paypal would take the side of the seller, and you know that, because in their words "reasonable proof of delivery" is all they need.Not proof of the customer actually getting the item. I asked you on a couple of occasions where you just delaying this till time run out, and all i got from you was another excuse, in what i believe,was exactly what i got from you. My contract ,which i told you in a couple of emails, was with you, NOT the courier, they where for you to deal with, not me, and even by trading standards words, where you should have offered either a refund or replacement, which you did neither. If you dont like customers telling others of the bad experience they have had, tough. I dont like losing £280 for something i didnt get. So yes, i will go on every forum i can find, and judging by some i have found, i am not alone, to let people know the disgusting experience i have had in dealing with raceleathers., because i can.
