"Placed an order 12/3"

Placed an order 12/3, and been trying to contact them for two weeks. Received a UPS notification for shipping on 12/14 but UPS doesn't have the product.
I wish I would've read the reviews sooner but I do not recommend this company.

"More than 2 weeks no shipping info"

Ordered 11/29, today is 12/15 and I still I haven’t received a tracking number or an update. Tried online support which is the only support available, it responds with a link that isn’t helpful then the “chat” ends.

Dear Valabasas Denim Company,

I am writing to formally address the ongoing issue regarding your company’s unfulfilled orders, which have impacted over 60% of your customer base, based on numerous reports. In response to this widespread problem, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to bring further attention to this matter. Additionally, I am actively gathering signatures from affected individuals to expedite the resolution process. As of now, I am only 356 signatures away from reaching the necessary 1,000 signatures.

Furthermore, I have contacted my bank’s fraud department to initiate a reimbursement for the funds withdrawn from my account without delivering the promised goods.

It is my firm belief that if the same level of effort and diligence you apply to processing customer payments were directed toward fulfilling your orders and addressing customer concerns, your reputation would not be at such risk.

I urge you to take immediate corrective action to resolve these issues and restore faith in your brand. I look forward to your prompt response.

"They took almost 2 weeks to ship out…"

They took almost 2 weeks to ship out even though website said 1 to 2 business days. I ended up sending it to a UPS Access point and told them to refuse the package. They've had my package for almost a week and will not respond to my messages about my refund. I'm filing a claim with my bank. Trust me save yourself the hassle and don't buy anything

"Worst purchase experience "

I returned a pair of pants for a size exchange, 34 to 36, at least two months ago and still have not received exchange. I received an email stating return center was behind schedule but still haven’t received pants after a few weeks. Additionally, I had to pay to ship jeans back.

Ordered from here before no issues but just recently I made a order for 11 items 3 weeks ago and have not received a tracking number or any updates I’m not ordering from this site again poorly managed and misleading on shipping promises not giving my business to a unprofessional misleading company anymore

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY"

I ordered some pants and never got a shipping date and could not get in contact with customer service to request a refund or anything. I contacted my bank's fraud department to try and get my money back and I reported them to the F.B.I internet fraud department at ic3.gov I'm thinking about having my lawyer start a class action suit after seeing I am not the only one having issues with this company.

"Taking people’s money and not shipping their items"

I placed an order with this company buying a birthday gift for my husband. I initially received a confirmation email. I placed the order on 12/1 and reached out to the company several days after because I received no shipping information. The company wrote back a general email to me not even looking into my order. Basically saying that they were experiencing shipping delays. However, they didn’t specify that they were having shipping delays, letting customers know that their orders may not be on time. Especially this close to the holiday. I continue to reach out to the customer care team responding to the email and they’ve never reply. Fast-forward almost 9 days later, I still have no shipping information, and no refund. I reached out to the company on Instagram and they continue to send me the same canned message. Not only that, as I look through the comments, there are tons of customers complaining that they haven’t received their orders nor refunds either. This company has to operate better and cannot take peoples money and not communicate with them about their orders. I demand from my order to be sent or to be issued a refund.
