So this is my first time buying from a company where you have to be approved to get a refund. Where they do that at. I just received the clothes and they don't look right so I look at refund policy and they saying they take refunds within 15 to 20 days or so, but you have to be approved to be able to get an address to send them there stuff back then they sent the wrong pants and said that's what I ordered but I got my email of what I ordered and they saying they not approving me for a refund okay they messing with the wrong one

Valabasas has sent me two packages this week. I did NOT place an order with them. The packages were addressed to someone else (i.e., not me), but the address on the shipping label is mine. I cannot reach them by phone as I am consistently sent to voicemail when I call (with the promise someone will call me back, but I am still waiting to hear back). I have tried using their chat service to resolve the issue, but I am not sure the responses are from a real person as the responses do not address my question.

atrocious customer service. I acknowledge that they say email is the best way to reach them, but it indeed is the only way to reach them, as they ignore their messages. Why have voice messaging available if you simply ignore it?

Update: 9/26/24 I sent the items back and received a full refund. They have great quality clothes just horrible customer service. So because we received a refund I'll give three stars... If I could give 0 stars I would! I wish I had seen these trust pilot reviews before ever purchasing from them! I purchased my husband a two piece outfit (paid for each item separately) the pants were too big. We sent them back via USPS for an exchange, paid for shipping and I waited for the company to reach out to me regarding the confirmation of receipt and the correct size needed to exchange. Well that never happened and they took it upon themselves to send another pair back which are two sizes too small than what he wears! I have been emailing for weeks now trying to get this resolved. Needless to say just like other reviews they don't respond! But I will take to social media and put them on blast! That's the ONLY way people will know not to shop with them! It's best to go to Rockstar Original.com They care about their customers, I had multiple issues with them and they took care of them immediately! They also have an actual customer service line you can call

Small fit. I wear a xl in every thing else but this jacket was a little to snug in xl.
I also bought the matching pants to this jacket and another suede color outfit, (5 pieces total), spending $1300 completely supporting them. This Company sent me the wrong items from what I ordered. I reached out to them and they were willing to send me my correct items once I returned the back the wrong ones. I also complained of the 2 jackets being to snug and asked if I could send them back for a bigger size inside of the box with the wrong items that I already had to send back.
These petty Mfs told me that that I had to send the exchange items back in a different box and pay for separate shipping and they would only cover the shipping for the wrong items they sent. Just completely petty. After my support and y’all getting my order wrong they wouldn’t even allow me to put my exchange items in the box with the other things that i already had to send them back to the factory. Completely and utterly tacky. I would absolutely never in my life do any kind of business with this company again. I would rather give these items away then to even send them back and have anymore dealings with them. My loss. Trash horrible company will never get my money again

"Non Existent Customer Service"
I saw some cargo pants on the website I liked, ordered them, and they were way too big. I immediately return the pants and didn't receive a refund, nor a response back to my email inquiring about it. I then disputed it with my bank and got the refund. After a few weeks the money was taken and given back to valabasas. They said the pants were delivered and not returned. When I reached out, they said I already disputed it with my bank. I then explained that it was returned to them. Crickets after that. 140 dollars stolen essentially. Proceed with caution, hopefully your clothes fit.

Had no issues whatsoever.. so I can't tell anything about the customer service because there was no need to contact them at all. Fast shipment and another favorite piece in my closet. Would definately order again. Thanks and greetings from Germany!!
