Just to appreciate one of your staff, Ellis, to have fixed the back door and bike door today, he arrived the site for checking. He's so friendly and willing to help to have fixed the failing doors and installed two covers to protect the emergency buttons. He can fix them very quick today but he told the management company of the property didn't inform him the issues of the failing of back door and bike door!
In fact, residents have chased the management company of the property for at least two months!

I usually don't tend to spend time on leaveling reviews but I was very impressed by the recent experience. We had our old door entry replaced with new and very modern one which calls directly to the phone via an app. At first, I was very confused of how to use it because of very modern technology.
I called NACD office and the lady on the phone detailed to me everything step by step. She was very patient with me and very polite. She guided me through each step and I was amazed by her level of service and respect. Thank you!

"Very good recent experience with NACD."
We asked NACD to attend and quote for a new door entry system to be installed. Their quote was very detailed and we instructed them to go ahead. The change of door entry system in a large block takes a lot of organisation from all parties and everything went smoothly. I found the representative I dealt with (Ksenija) very helpful and accommodating as were the installation team. The work was done on the allotted day with no issues and the change over of systems was trouble free.

"Dreadful entry system and unprofessional company"
System doesn't work. Flats have been left with the main door unlocked for 6 months. Dangerous, unprofessional and inadequate. Avoid at all costs.
Edit: NACD have replied 4 months later, but have still not dealt with the complaint sent directly to them prior to my review. The system is still broken.

"It's been 5 years"
It's been 5 years of requesting to remove my number from the entry panel since moving out.
Not once has my request been actioned.
I've been getting almost daily calls from the entry system, all times of day and night for 5 years.
Totally secure, it isn't.
I can buzz anyone in, call the number back and use my keypad to remotely open doors at a property I no longer live at.
Reminded of this, I'm asked YET AGAIN to email.
I HAVE BEEN EMAILING YOU FOR YEARS.
A GDPR removal request has been sent, let's see if this gets any traction. They have 30 days.
Enough is enough.

"SLOPPIEST COMPANY EVER"
Being a block manager and having worked with numerous trades/engineers/labourers/specialists, I can whole heartedly say NACD are the worst company I've come across.
We had to wait almost one year for our intercom system to work again. And then when the engineer came, he messed up another communal door and this still hasn't been fixed.
People are going through a lot of stress because of this and everytime you call them, they don't seem to care.
Genuinely look elsewhere if you are looking for a good company.

After seeing their response below asking for more details, it is REGARDING THE ACADEMY CENTRAL ESTATE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SO POORLY MANAGING, its absolutely disgusting.
And whats ironic is it took you 5 months to respond to this review which proves my point
