The walkthrough call was super helpful for someone like me who'new to trading. They showed me how to place my first trade and convered risk management basics. My 5k trading account was activated after the call, and I started trading immediately. Very happy with SmartCharts so far.

Smartcharts withdrew £3,064.00 from my bank account on 15th February. I have received no communication from them and did not authorise this payment.
I contacted my bank's Fraud department on 16th April an they kindly refunded this payment. Then on the 1st August this £3,064 monies was deducted from my account again!!
Greg Secker, you need to be fully aware of the unauthorised scamming that is occurring within your business. Do you agree to this? Are you part of the scamming network?
I will happily highlight this on social media platforms to AS MANY people as possible.
When will I get my money back ( £3,064.00 in total plus lost interest!).

This is literally daylight robbery / THEFT.
I will begin posting the truth on social media as of Thursday unless I receive my refund back into my account with immediate effect.
I have been patient enough now. The money was withdrawn in February of this year and it is now NOVEMBER!
