This platform can be a little limited in its operations but makes for good access to the market in a safe manner for anyone who is new to trading.

"Super Easy to Get Started "

The walkthrough call made everything so easy. They guided me through setting up my account and placing my first trade. After the call, my $5,000 activated, and I was able to start trading immediately. I'm seeing positive results already.

SmartCharts made the onboarding process easy with their daily walkthough call. They showed me how to get everything set up and explained risk management tips. My $5,000 account was added after the call, and I'm now trading comfortably.

"No response to my cancellation request"

I wrote a couple of emails to cancel my subscription and get a refund of US$89 as they advertised on Facebook since I'm cancelling within 30 days. No one answered. Reading some of the reviews here, it seems to be a common patern of Smartcharts behaviour. If they still charge me on the due day, I will have to report them as scam to my credit card company. Customer service of this company is definitely not as promised!

**UPDATE: Someone from the customer service did get back to me later and cancelled my subscription as well as refunded US$89 I paid for the trial. I just wish I didn't have to write a 1-star review to force them to respond. Anyway, I changed my review to a 3-star now.

Dear SmartCharts Team,

Thank you for the phone conversation, but at this point, it is far too late for an extension of services or extra coaching slots—support I’ve been requesting since the beginning. Offering these now only appears to be another attempt to keep me locked into a program that has clearly failed to meet its promises. I have lost all interest and confidence in your service and your company as a whole.

I paid for a full year for your program totalling £4995, yet, due to the unfulfilled promises and lack of support, I was effectively forced out within the first three (3) weeks, still you insist on not refunding my money. How do you justify withholding payment for the remaining 49 weeks when it is evident that my request to cancel is due to your failure to deliver on key aspects of the core reasons I joined the programme? No responsible organisation does that?

It’s also clear that your restrictive terms and conditions, coupled with your approach to customer service, serve more to trap and take advantage of a customer than to ensure you provide promised services for your customer satisfaction. I did not get a single value for my money spent. £4995 is a sizeable amount of money compared to what you claimed I gained, that is, your on-line training materials and on-boarding process which you presented as free package for the program. I joined your program to assist my finance instead I was taking advantage of. This is my worst nightmare.

Once again, for the love of God I request a refund of my money. With due respect you can deduct the cost for the three (3) weeks I participated in your programme and return my balance. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue a claim against your company in the county court. This action could also increase your liability for costs.

"The tech is amazing and well put…"

The tech is amazing and well put together but the training is is irrelevant and underhand, they practically leave you to it. unlike the wild promises in the one day seminar, when you are told that it's hand off, and you can have group trading, step by step, the one to ones are 5 minutes long, 8 weeks of demo play, forget it, save your time and money.

SmartCharts is a very clever piece of software that takes an enormous amount of the “gruntwork” out of trading, allowing traders to formulate and execute their trading decisions quickly and confidently. Included on the platform are a suite of training videos covering all aspects of forex trading, which along with daily webinars provide an excellent training framework.
While the training available on the platform is excellent, I recommend enrolling for the 3 day Forex Training course, which covers the same ground, but gives you in addition a high level of focus and offers the chance to develop a personalised trading plan and sign up for ongoing coaching and mentorship. It is highly motivating.
Both the platform and the training have been developed by successful traders of many years standing, and are designed to be straightforward and easy to use/follow. I certainly found this to be the case. I have tried many trading systems in the past, but I think I have found my resting place with Greg Secker and his team.
It is also worth noting that I was given the use of a fully-funded trading account, allowing me to take 80% of any gains. I can’t think of a better way to motivate me to master the trading game.
