Salesman was very patient and courteous, my only detraction
from a great experience was that I could get no assistance on the removal of a old piece of furniture from my home.

Lisa Gamble was my salesperson and she was very helpful and professional. I have not received my purchase yet but so far I am satisfied.

"Mattress purchase"

Mattress purchase. Felt like a bait & switch. Went into the store to shop. Sales person stated that there was a "sale" through next day. We found a set that we liked. Asked if we could have a price printout with a STD frame and one with a powered frame. The power frame option was $600. We left the store to think about it overnight. We decided to go for the powered frame. Went back on Mon. to purchase. While completing the paperwork, was informed that the power option was misquoted. It wasn't $600 but $1298! We have made other purchases here in the past without issue. This just didn't feel right. Honest mistake...maybe. Just be careful double triple check before decide on the product.

The sales woman who helped me was absolutely amazing and found me the exact set that I wanted and gave me multiple options on purchasing so that I could get exactly what I wanted in my price range without any reservations! I will absolutely come back for future purchases!
