I ordered a complete living room suit and end tables. My end table had a small piece of wood inside of compartment broken and I called customer service and it was handled very promptly and no hassles and my new end table came within a week. No extra delivery charge!!!!

I ordered a recliner with a different material than shown on the display chair. They told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks to come in. It is being delivered tomorrow, 19 days after i ordered it, much sooner than expected, this made me quite happy. They have a large fabric and color choice available, and i found a paisley print that fit my requirements.

Great treatment from Gene. Was a little disappointed that there was an offer for 2 free pillows if an adjustable base bed was purchased however ours was the only one omitted from the promotion.

"I love my new sectional!"

I love my new sectional and the purchasing process was very easy. It was a special order and took less time than I had planned but that didn't create any problems. My 2 complaints are: the delivery guys tracked in a little dirt on my light carpet from cutting thru the yard to get to my front door (I let it dry, used a brush and then vacuumed a couple times so it's hardly noticeable) and I felt that there should have been some kind of follow-up by my salesperson after my furniture was delivered. Other than that, I am completely satisfied.

"Not worth it"

My sales rep was pushy and apparently on drugs. When I asked him to leave me alone and I would buy something. He continued to stop back and bug me and my wife. He then told me all my items would be in stock within a week. Then they told me my bed and one of sofas were in and I said just deliver my bed and deliver my 2 sofas together. Nope they sent 1 sofa and my bed together. So needless to say I had way to much furniture in my front room. On top of that they sent me the wrong bed. So I had to go through that process of getting it returned and exchanged. On top of that my second sofa was a 8 week wait. After all of this and all the money I spent there was nothing offered for my terrible experience.
