"Slow download and unexpected errors"

I purchased two albums that consist of more than 60 tracks fo each. The sound quality is excellent. However, it took so long time to complete download than expected, and several tracks of those couldn't be downloaded by using Downloeder due to some errors. Instead, I had to use Dropbox, which I hardly use. I must say these experience were pretty frustrating.

First impression very good. Internet site is well designed and easy to use, maybe a bit slow but not the main point for me.
Very high DSD quality recordings with various format choices at reasonable prices.
Also, once the "downloader" installed the downloads are well ordered and quick (of course depending on the internet connexion used).
I also appreciated the welcome message which includes very interesting information and links about the différent DSD and DXD formats.

Great selection of HiRes music at unfortunately high price. Therefore only 4 stars. Also because the app significantly slowed down during downloading. After each snd every album I had to restart it. Not a crucial but incovenient issue. Would it be possible implementing a discount system relating to the customers' download volume?

DSD 512 fs files track No.3&4 have noise around 0:40 on left channel.
