They tried to force me to auto renew with £100 added to the previous years premium, they didnt ask if i still had the vessel or if i wanted to renew, just notified me they are taking money from my account. I did not opt in to auto renew! When i rang them they refused to discuss it and were cheeky, demanding too much personal information. Clearly they are desperate for money and hope to force payment from customers without their consent! The insurance ombudsman needs to look at this 'auto renew' practice! I found a better quote for £100 less, exactly the amount they inflated the auto renew by 🤨
