"Alexa Scammers"

Scammers, Scammers Scammers, don't be lured in with the false reviews for these scammers.
They took £600.00 deposit for a flight that didn't exist, they gave me a false booking reference number for British Airways and Qatar Airways, when I asked Alexa travel for the correct reference number they would not supply me with this information Because it didn't exist.
The fraud team who are now investigating these scammers told me that any reputable travel company would never use WhatsApp which these scammers use all the time!
BE WARNED, THEY SAY THEY WORK OUT OF AN OFFICE IN LONDON WHILST THEY ARE WORKING FROM INDIA! ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE ALSO FALSE.

This is Mark you've got my partners details and it's been over three weeks now you've took over 2,000 pounds and you still a hesitant to give back our money because you've cancelled the holiday I don't trust what anyone says in Alexa travel you focus off and there's there's no management there all your good at is taking people's money and you still haven't gave us our refund and now the summer holidays are over for my child you've ruined her holidays because she hasn't been able to go away on holiday for one week and we will saving that money for free to four years and you ripped us off and we can't afford to go to get another 2,000 so we can't go on holiday we can't take our little girl Sy I am so mad with Alexa travel and I really hope this helps to take Alexa travel out of business no one should go with you

I rang this company up to discuss my flights to Australia later this year and was told that because mine and my husbands middle names were not on the booking, they would have to amend them for us and it would cost over £400 each . Just confirmed with my travel agency that this is absolutely not the case. Disgusted !!!

Those people working there are all scammers I got scam last year and I’m still waiting on my refund from them, Daniel scam me, I got a called from someone working there to delete my previous review and will get my refund back apparently that’s the policy but I still did not get anything back. I got scammed over £1000 by Daniel please beware of Alexa travel

"Scamming company hacks travel agency"

We rang our travel agent about our coming trip to New Zealand. This company seems to have hacked into the call, and claimed that our flight was canceled and we would need an up-grade on another flight. They then claimed to be Singapore airlines. Because we had rung the correct number, we did not suspect a scam and paid. Eventually we received a strange ticket for the flight they said was cancelled!. Not to be confused with Alexa Travel, two separate words

"Con artists offering payment service where none exists"

Thought I was dealing with official Turkish Airline agency but NO, they are an independent bunch who short circuit your enquiry to get your business and basically convince you to pay extra charges that turn out to be what should be free of charge
DEAL DIRECT WITH TURKISH AIRLINES or you will be out of pocket for no reason.

Pls don’t give out any personal information to them. To change the flight date I called the actual number on Turkish airlines website but somehow got put through to this “company”. Email not from Turkish airlines; the e-tickets dates are gibberish; payment process& link sketchy. I called the local airlines office back home after half a day, turned out no change made regarding my tickets at all. Cancelled my card right away. They’ve obviously been trained to scam ppl as I called them twice, both speak the same incorrect English such as “D for papa”. I feel very frustrated I’m not and won’t be the only person who’s gotta go through this crap. For ppl seeing this later, best wishes.

"Rip Off merchants!"

Spent all day looking for flights to required destination on a tight budget and with limited time to book it! Thought I had come across alexatravel as in Google's Alexa service. Did not know they did flights? But as it's a legit brand thought I'd give them ago. Right?? Went through all the palaver for about the hundredth time of filling in the destination,outbound, inbound travel dates no of passengers etc etc.... Found flights at a really good price. Went to live chat to book them only to be told that promotional prices were no longer available as all sold out!
Go back to site to see if I can book alternative dates only to find the same "Promotional" prices pop up again and are still showing availability for the same dates as was told were sold out! Why are they still showing up if they are not available? Googled them to see if legit. THEY ARE NOT. Scammers! Nothing to do with Alexa.Wasted time & effort when i could have been researching a legit site!
