This company is a scam company,I paid a round trip tickets for 4 people to send me the ticket they asked me to pay extra 2000 pounds to agreed price I refused and to get my money back I paid a solicitor to fight them,I still lost 500 pounds. Please don't trust them.

"Indian call centre scam - AVOID"

Indian call centre scam. Charged me £100 from my card then sent me a dodgy link via email to complete a second payment. Avoid like the plague. I stupidly gave my long card number out and the CCV and these c*nts charged my card fraudulently saying they’re amending my flight details. Upon seeing this page I hung up and had persistent call backs from various numbers and I immediately got my bank to send me a new card. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS

"Worst travel agent ever"

Worst travel agent ever. Harry made several mistakes that he refused to fix regarding my sister's travel plans to South Africa.
Not even worth one star, yet Harry cheekily asked for five. Harry deserves the sack and his company should be black listed.
Eventually a kind lady at Turkish Airlines fixed the mistake. Harry wanted my sister to pay an extra 300 pounds.

"Scammers"

When I googled the number for Brussels airline this number came up (they had obviously paid to be the top search response) and on the call they posed as brussles and affirmed me they were part of the sales team. I called Brussels after dealing with these scammers and they confirmed they are no affiliation to them, so I cancelled my card immediately and luckily I wasn’t charged and Brussels resolved my problem for no cost.

"Scam! Please don't use!"

This is a scam, don't use this company! Matthew dealt with our call, pretending to be part of Qatar Airways. He took advantage of Qatar having issues with their booking system and tried to charge us £1,700 for new flights, all while being extremely patronising. He then tried to lead us to believe we had no tickets unless we paid and to call back at 2am while he "spoke to his manager". 4 hours before our flight the next day, he called to admit our original tickets were still in place, causing us much unneeded stress. Please don't use this company!!!

"Worst company I have ever heard of…"

Worst company I have ever heard of robbed my money and said they were Turkish airlines I will never use them again ever !!!!!
I have been chasing for days my ticket everyday they promise me but nothing happens!!!
Charged me £100 for changing i in my name they are thieves so do not use.

The worst travel company I have ever come across. I have been scammed a very large sum by this company. I called the airline directly and they confirmed the company scammed me. They also stated they have not received any payment from Alexatravels. Honestly I was so upset, it’s the pandemic and they’re still scamming people. The airline advised me never to go through them again as they’ve had multiple complaints against the same company
