It was Kieran, our advisor that we were really impressed with. When we got the policy, we really didn't expect that we would ever have to make a claim, but my husband's health deteriorated and his doctor signed him off work. We were devastated, and didn't know what to do. I called Kieran and explained the situation and he assured us that he was covered for this, as we had critical illness cover. He helped us through one of the hardest time of our lives. It was hard enough dealing with the fact that he could no longer work, as well as the claim process. He was there every step of the way. I've never been that fortunate. Usually the advisor will arrange a policy and then you never hear from them again. Well all I can say is, if anyone out there is thinking of life insurance, I would recommend this company, but ask for Kieran to do your paperwork... you can then be rest assured that you'll be protected 109%.
