J'avais pris une assurance pour ma mère qui voyageait pour les Etats-Unis. Durant son séjour, elle s'est rendu au Canada où elle a reçu des soins suite à un souci qui s'est manifesté déjà aux US. Mondialcare a été génial sur ce coup:
1. La prise en charge a eu lieu au Canada alors que le voyage était aux US.
2. Nous avions choisi un hôpital sans aviser Mondialcare au prélable, ce qui n'est pas conforme au protocol, malgré cela ils ont accepté d'intervenir.
3. Le remboursement intégral des frais engagé 'est fait dans les temps, près de 3000 euros.
