Very disappointed by GK's lack of customer service and flexibility during these testing times. A sign of a quality company is how they act in adversity, not in the good times !!
Won't release our Ryanair flights to us, despite fully paid for, claiming they are part of a "package" which is clearly wrong... The also have a large outstanding deposit balance which We are struggling to get back...
Deal with them at your peril !

FEEL MUGGED BY THIS COMPANY WON'T USE THEM AGAIN EITHER PERSONALLY OR FOR GROUP BOOKINGS.
Our Golf society have booked a foreign holiday with this company for at least 10 years, for groups of 12 to 24 golfers spending a substantial sum of money. 1n 2020 we booked a group package again to visit La Manga in Spain flying with Ryanair. Due to Covid this holiday was postponed as Spain was in effect shut. As Ryanair didn't cancel their flights we all had to pay a further £120 to change our flights to 2021. Yet again Spain is teetering on the verge of going red, the reviews on La Manga are poor, short staffed most restaurants being closed and the West golf course closed too. Our party are worried about getting out to Spain for a very 2nd rate holiday and running the risk of having to quarantine at the cost of 2700. We have tried to discuss options with GolfKings but despite our flights being fully paid for they will not allow our party to either use these or change unless we pay them more money to book alternative accommodation with them. They have taken £470 per person to date but will not disclose how much they have paid over to Ryanair per person. We are guessing that they have pocketed a reasonable sum for themselves. It's disappointing that our customer loyalty counts for nothing with GolfKings. They haven't even been honest enough to advise us that the best course is not even available. Deceitful company that I would recommend Golfers avoid at all costs
