"Removal of these firms’ permission/ denial"

Removal of these firms’ permission to sell contracts for difference (CFDs) to UK consumers
UK consumers should be aware that these Cyprus registered firms no longer hold relevant permissions to conduct regulated activities with UK consumers. This follows FCA receipt of notifications from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) about the provision of investment services by these firms, which operate under CySEC authorisation and have previously marketed into the UK utilising the EEA passport regime.

The CySEC notifications confirmed that these three CFD providers had decided to cease to provide any investment services in the UK as follows:

Maxiflex Ltd, as of 4 June 2020 (see our Register confirming “Status: Cancelled”);
Maxigrid Limited, as of 5 June 2020 (Register, “Status: Cancelled”); and,
Reliantco Investments Ltd, as of 11 June 2020 (Register, “Status Cancelled”).
Information for consumers with accounts at these firms
As of the relevant dates above, these firms are no longer permitted to open new accounts for consumers in the United Kingdom.

Existing UK account holders with open positions and/or cash balances should review notifications provided on the respective firms’ websites and/or firm communications to UK clients sent by email or available at account log-in.

The firms should clearly set out the process and timelines for their ongoing interactions with their existing UK-based customers.

Complaints procedure
UK consumers who are not satisfied with any aspect of the handling of their trading accounts should first complain to the firm directly.

The firm must acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five days and then provide a material response within two months, telling you whether the complaint has been successfully resolved or why they need more time to look in to it (up to a maximum of three months from the day of complaint).

If you are not happy with the firm’s response, or they fail to respond, you can ask the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman to consider your complaint.
lease be informed that the name of our Company’s name is Finteractive Ltd. Having said that we would like to emphasize that Finteractive Ltd does not have any relationship and/or connection in any way with the companies you have mentioned in your email below.

We remain available for any further clarifications you may require.

"Horrible experience"

Guys this company will destroy you. They are sitting in a Greek Island and would pressure you to put more money as per their recommendations. I lost £32k and they wanted me to put more money in. Their advice is rubbish. They will also get tempramental if you try to withdraw your money.

"Stay away!"

Stay away from these crooks, none of them have any qualification if they did, they would work for reputable financial institutions. They using fake names and no surnames and hiding on little Greek island for obvious reason.. One guy you need to particularly wary about – Arik – he is a master/manager con-man, he will destroy your account, he says ‘I’m trying to help you’ but what he does he is maximizing his profit on your losses, doesn’t matter how desperate you might be, this guy should be behind bars. I’m not surprised they got banned by FCA…

"A very bad experience with this…"

A very bad experience with this company. They push very hard for you to invest money with them, honing regularly, always showing a different phone number. I followed a couple of their trading suggestions and lost a lot of money. I don't recommend them at all.

"Let's all laugh to this reply from FXVC"

Let's laugh to this! FXVC says we are straight law abiding company, FCA says they are liars and thieves... who do you trust? FCA or FXVC?

Reply from FXVC Trading, Apr 26, 2021
Hi Amy, our account managers do not give investment advice- they assist and offer help when required. The responses here on Trustpilot are genuine as are the reviews. We can assure you that our account managers do not push or tell lies. We comment here about regulation as it is very important to state.

FCA quote from their website:
FCA stops FXVC offering CFDs to UK customers
Press Releases First published: 16/04/2021 Last updated: 16/04/2021

The FCA has acted to stop a Cypriot based firm, Finteractive Limited (trading as FXVC), from offering high risk contracts for difference (CFDs) to UK investors.

FXVC used a variety of inappropriate techniques, including misleading financial promotions which appeared to offer consumers the opportunity to purchase shares in a well-known company and failed to mention that they were actually promoting CFDs.

Many of the FXVC’s customers were unclear about the nature of the investments that they were being persuaded to make and the risks involved in trading in CFDs. The firm used pressure tactics, described by one customer as 'relentless', to encourage consumers to invest ever increasing sums of money. Some customers were even encouraged to declare they were professional investors despite not meeting the necessary criteria for such categorisation.

The FCA has stopped FXVC conducting any regulated activities in the UK and required the firm to close all trading positions and return the money to customers.

FXVC operates in the UK under the Temporary Permission Regime (TPR) put in place for firms who used to operate in the UK under a passport and who wish to continue to operate here following the UK’s exit from the European Union. These firms operate under the TPR until their application for full authorisation by the FCA can be considered.

FXVC is a fraudulent brand of LEVERATE. One of many. You people have no shame...

"FXVC Investment safe trading platform"

Have just completed trading in Gold at FXVC, and closed my investment account. No problem getting my money back. (Had 2 x 250EUR, transferred via PayPal to FXVC. By Withdraw of my positions and invested money, they came back to my bank account, also via PayPal.
When I had made a profit on my trade, and wanted the amount paid out from FXVC, I was very correctly asked to state my bank account so that the money could be paid out directly for this.
My balance with FXVC has ended satisfactorily, and I have no problem recommending them to Trading./Torben
