I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my purchase from CleanFreak.com. The equipment, which was used only once, failed to function thereafter.

Despite their warranty promises, I experienced frustrating difficulties when attempting to resolve the issue through multiple phone calls. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly transferred and eventually gave up.

As a result, I will never purchase from CleanFreak again and will never recommend their products to anyone ever. I am sharing my disappointing experience through this review to highlight the subpar product quality and inadequate customer service or CleanFreak.com

I hope their company takes steps to improve its products and customer support.

Since I can't figure out how to respond to Clean CS this will have to do..

Now that you have located the ticket KS299279 you see a referral was made to a Service Center for troubleshooting my machine, but that has been a while, and you don't see any activity on the ticket shouldn't you follow up with the Service Center to figure next steps?

Even you confirmed this happened a while back. shouldn't you be figuring out how to resolve this? Please look into this further.

Shipping was very fast. I received my auto scrubber to a rural address in just a few days. The Trusted Clean Dura 18HD corded cleaner works great. Good soap distribution, great scrubbing, and fantastic vacuum pick up. The floor is clean and immediately dry as the scrubber passes over. I have a 1,700 sf epoxy floor. I’ve been using it for a month now, and I am very satisfied.
