I was told to adjust to a credit cards width and would solve problem....not hardly..poor design...I am good with equipment, but look rather foolishness with $1500 of equipment we can't get to do the job.

I have purchased from Clean Freak in the past and the transaction went flawlessly. This time it took over a month to receive my part. I am not sure why. I will use Clean Freak again, but not completely satisfied with this most recent transaction. Hopefully this was the exception, not the norm.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend these. Bought a pack of their Titan Extreme Stripping pads. They are being advertised as having a highest abrasion and long service life. Unfortunately only 5K Square Feet they are showing significant wear and their performance pales in comparison to 3M 7300 pads. Not to mention that you will receive items that have been on their shelf for a long time which unfortunately impacts the performance as well.
As for their scrubbing and buffing pads, those are quite decent but considering how many companies makes those, it’s not a big deal. 3 stars for fast shipping.

I had to call to place order. I had more than one location to place an order for and I wanted to have both orders receive a discount that was offered. The person was very helpful, Cole Burchell. He entered the orders for me and sent them via email which made it very easy.

The box was almost completely destroyed when it came in. The handle to the carpet wand was installed wrong. Definitely not ordering again.
