y power head machine was damaged in transit . I've called and left message, sent email with pictures and nobody has helped me get it replaced.

I ordered a carpet extractor. extractor was delivered but wand (in seperate box) never made it. i emailed customer service about it expecting that i would be out of luck because we blindly signed the freight BOL, not realizing there was supposed to be two boxes.
