Seetec accompanied me with an amazing work coach called meena. Not only did she support me with many things she also belived in me & reassured me how employable I am. Furthermore, she always reminded me not to give up until I reached my goals. Words can’t describe how much she has helped me throughout this process, she is a diamond & I highly recommend the re start scheme for anyone who is having trouble finding work.

After an extended period of unemployment I was referred to the Restart scheme, while initially I didn't have a lot of luck, but after speaking with my new work coach Adam Serpant everything really started to turn around for me. He has always been very considerate towards my specific needs and disabilities, speaking to me as a geniune person instead of just another case file. Within no time at all I found myself back in work in a fantastic position that really fulfils what I was looking for, and the support I received from Adam through the whole process, before, during and after the interview and eventual start of the new job has been precisely what I needed every step of the way!

When I was first told about being referred to Restart, I didnt hold any high hopes of upto date support. After my first 2 meetings with my work coach Jess Harris. My hopes and motivation took a great turn around. With my self motivation a great support I had 3 job offers at one time, And accepted the best one at the time. I was supported with my interview clothes and travel and while being employed, Restart got me FLT licence on a short course which now gave me more drive to keep moving forward with my future. I can not thank Jess Harris and her team for actually doing their job and supporting people. Restart should be national to help better the people of Britain.
