I went in the shop today to buy a phone, I'm not technically minded so asked if all my info and apps can be transferred, which Jack did with expertise, set it up ready to use, answered any questions I had, nothing was too much trouble. This was my 4th visit to TPS and as usual very polite and excellent service received.
This time, my phone would not charge. It turned out that a bit of paper or fluff had got lodged in the socket and wouldn’t allow the charging plug to insert fully. They did the repair for free and would not accept any payment!
In the past 3 visits, I’ve had a camera, a battery and a screen replaced. Each time, very fast and excellent service.
I cannot recommend them enough.

"Superb service - a truly fantastic retail and mobile phone shop"

My old S7 phone was about to die on me and Jack and Zach were simply brilliant to do business with. I am no phone techie in fact useless and they sorted me out a refurbed phone and were just so honest and so friendly - one of the best retail experiences in Bristol. They are superb at what they do - 10/10 and my 'go to' for my phone queries.
