Apparently maple parking are the agents for purple parking, holiday extras and maple parking. No car on arrival, was told need to get bus to go to off site parking to collect. Not what you want after 15 hours travelling.

Excellent service! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, on my return you have to go to level 4, I followed the signs for meet and greet but that is for another company. Both are on level 4 but completely opposite sides, so had to walk all the way back. So don’t make the same

We booked parking with Maple as we were driving to Heathrow! The booking process is streamlined, and this is super helpful (we had to phone up) for anyone who's missed a bus etc. There was last minute availability and it was confirmed with details almost immediately.
