Hi.
I've made my first order from there online shop.
I was very very keen to try the burnt pineapple sauce witch I bought 2 of them.
The only problem that I had was the sauce is way to spicy and overpoweres the burnt pineapple taste. You feel only the spicynes of the sauce with a shadow of pineapple taste.
It's a very nice and premium sauce, all of them are but if you can balance this sauce a bit will be great.

Placed quite big order during their Black Friday sale but it never arrived. They dispatched it using Fedex, but they failed to deliver it, just every day reported as "Customer not available". When asked Sauce Shop for support, they just sent a bunch of emojis, instead of providing any real help. Asked to confirm what address they dispatched my order to - no answer. Asked to send it using Royal Mail (as it's listed as one of delivery partners on their website) - no answer, just emojis.
After my order was returned back to them, they tried to charge me for delivery, which never happened, but thanks to Paypal, I was able to get 100% of my money back.
Loved these products, but will be buying other brands, as they are less problematic.
