Grapevine have looked after the business mobile contract for Relcross since 2017 so when we wanted to update our internal phone system and broadband services they seemed like the obvious company to partner with. Donna provided an overview of the solutions and the switch was seamless. New broadband lines were installed first with the phone system going live a few weeks later. All the technical queries we had were dealt with by the Grapevine team in an efficient manner. Relcross has streamlined it's telephony while adding functionality with the new Horizon platform.

Grapevine has provided mobile telecoms for MJ Abbott Ltd since 2001. I often use Grapevine as an example of how customer support should be.
It is a cliché to say that ‘people buy from people’. What is more accurate is to say that ‘customers buy from people they trust’.
This statement would be particularly true of the relationship between MJ Abbott and all of the team at Grapevine.

We have been with Grapevine since 2009, we started with just mobile phone contracts, they now provide our landline service and I.T. support. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them, if you want a company that are proactive, always helpful and always responsive these are your guys.

Grapevine's holistic, professional and caring approach has allowed us to get the best out of our Technology and focus on what's important to our organization both on the pitch, and off. Our journey with Grapevine started in 2012 with the provision of Mobile contracts. Due to the outstanding level of service and emphasis on value, we have since engaged in IT Support and Fixed line services with them.

Our users always remark at the excellent level of service they receive when they contact Grapevine's support desk. It was clear from the beginning of our involvement with Grapevine that they possess a characteristic that is rare amongst managed solutions providers. Their considerate approach to support allows them to pour detail into each call or ticket whilst maintaining the personal touch that is usually absent with large support desks. Tickets are always resolved in an efficient manner with client interaction remaining easy and accessible to all, regardless of technical capability.

Recently we have engaged in project work with Grapevine to scope and implement large scale changes to our IT infrastructure. Our transition from on premise to cloud was seamless, reducing cost whilst improving resiliency and scalability. The implementation of these changes allows us to adapt our working habits and enable our workforce to operate from any location whilst still maintaining security and accountability.

Strategy is very important to us. Grapevine constantly review our service levels and Infrastructure, keeping us ahead of the curve with the latest available services that can further benefit our organization. We consistently feel valued and in very capable hands. Regular reviews with our Account Manager and Consultant is testament to their commitment to providing a personal, professional and tailored service.

We highly recommend all elements of Grapevine's inclusive Portfolio of services.

"Robbin Engineering Supported by Grapevine"

Robbin Engineering have been Supported by Grapevine For over 18 Years, we totally rely on the Team at Grapevine to keep our communications with our Customers and Suppliers through the Vodafone System which links our landlines and Mobiles seamlessly.
There are always going to be problems with technology at times, however Grapevine has always found a way of keeping us able to communicate in a quick and efficient manner from a single phone call or email.
We would highly recommend Grapevine to any company looking to have their communications dealt with by a totally professional company
