I am extremely disappointed that this needs to remain plugged into the power at all times to work. I missed that bit or I never would have purchased them, I thought when it said portable it meant you didn't require power for them to work and only required it for them to charge

With the purafair it takes all the muggyness out of my room.
I have it on at night when I'm sleeping

I was a little skeptical but for such a small device, it is so effective. I am snoring less (according to my partner), not waking up with a blocked nose nor a dry mouth.

My first one was faulty but there was no problem in receiving a replacement. They were extremely helpful. Very happy indeeed.

I was so keen for this, however super disappointed that is it not mobile and requires to be plugged in to work. I incorrectly assumed that the 'charging' cable did just that and wasn't actually a generic electrical source.
