Works really well but I found the light a little bright as I want it on at night while sleeping

"Stopped working within a month"

Received them in a timely manner however within the first week my first one stopped working completely. I emailed Purifair to let them know and no reply. Then over the following few elwekks my other 2 stopped working also I have emailed again but no response. Disappointed in the product and service department.

"Loud noise"

We bought 5 for all the rooms in the house a few weeks ago but 3/5 have started to make a really loud motor type noise. Up until this they seemed to be working really well.

This is an amazing little gadget, we are doggie sitting an old dog who sleeps beside my bed, this little purifier now sits on my beside table, taking away the stronger odours that our new buddy emits overnight. 👍

Great customer service. Promptly reviewed & sent a replacement for a faulty unit. Other units have been fantastic. I love them.

"Disappointed"

I have noticed absolutely no difference using the Purifair. It may be quiet, but even though I suffer with tinnitus, I can still hear it.
Also, they say that "it does not need to be plugged in into an electricity socket" - WRONG!! It doesn't work unless it has a power source!
Plus "It should be placed at least three feet (1 meter) away from any wall or furniture" - how do you do this in a normal bedroom?
These are things you don't find out until you receive the unit.

They didn’t have availability of the colour I originally purchased and had to get in contact with them after 5days to hear they were out of stock and had to pick a different one
They offer me some discount from my original purchase with I never received
