Smart and seems well made. Noise is quite low. Hard to know if it's doing anything. Not helping my allergies which is pollen and dust (even though I've dusted and vacuumed). Might not do what I thought it would.

I had received the 3 that I ordered on the 14/06/22 and already one is playing up I am clicking it several times to try and turn it off, I don’t want a fire to start because of it’s fault

Didn't realise that you had to have it plugged in to use (thought you just charged it then use), plus it only has the micro usb. For both of these reasons I can't use them at all

They r fantastic glad I brought 3 and 2 free will be buying more and I told my family about them. The air is fresh, clean air, sleeping better, we had mould after all the rain in Brisbane then sunshine.

Absolute rubbish product I ordered 3 and they were noisy they were replaced with 3 more which are even noisier I can hear them whirring above the sound of my TV How people say they can have them in their bedroom I don’t know Very hard lesson learnt don’t order via Facebook and a lot of money lost

Disappointed as needed the purifier for use in bedroom overnight to help with asthmatic member of family. However the light is too bright when it is on and it is not quiet, so cannot use overnight.

I’ve had five purifairs in my home and love them. When one of them started making a funny sound I reached out to their support team. Emily was super fast in her response and resolution of the issue. So easy to deal with and a great customer experience.
