Very disappointed with Joytech AIO vapes and in particular the coils. I have been buying these since 2015, usually annually and can confidently confirm they don’t last nearly as long as before, months vs 1-2 years originally. As others have experienced the coils wrapping changed ~2-3 yrs ago and they are now auspiciously poor quality, only lasting days vs a month years ago, this is not due to higher usage. Not recommended unfortunately, despite a decade of loyalty.

Recently I purchased the new joyetech eroll slim kit the one with the battery case you pop the stick into to charge.The actual stick works very well but the actual power bank is rubbish.The power bank is ment to charge the actual stick 3 times?? and it doesn't.2 times to be precise not the 3 stated.The power bank shows 2 bars left but resuses to charge an empty stick .Absolutely disappointed.So I tried another stick to see if the 1st stick was faulty,nope it refused to charge that to.Both sticks charge via an independent charger perfectly.I purchased a second battery unit to see if mine had a fault,nope Absolutely the same it will only charge the stick 2 times with 2 bars left on the charge unit as the same as the 1st unit.The vape company I brought the 1st one from said I had to return it to be tested before a replacement or refund would be considered.The 2nd unit I was told pretty much the same.Wished I had purchased from a shop and not online as having to pay to return a faulty item is wrong.Best friends online vape companies are until you need to return something.
So my final verdict...do not buy the joyetech eroll slim kit,by all means buy the pen stick separately but AVOID THE ALL IN ONE KIT WITH CHARGER PACK.

Having used a EGO AIGO ECO for 4 or 5 years now, having purchased 5 of them over that time and buying replacement coils from the company over that time, having no problems with the products, i purchased a pack of new coils in July. As an infrequent user of my vape these days, I went to replace the coil yesterday and found that the first replacement did not work, neither did the second that i sleected from the pack, the third worked fine. i contacted the company today by email to let them know of the problem. i was questioned as to how i was charging my coils, what vape liquid i was using, despote telling them that i have had no issues up till now. i was then told that I would be given replacements for the 2 coils that were unservicable and do they send them to my normal address, to which i replied yes. I was then contacted by email to ask when I last purchased the coils, which I replied july. I recieved an email back telling me that my coils were therefore out of warranty and that they would not be sending me replacements. Really? Out of warranty after 3 months? Having used the companies products for 4 or 5 years, they deemed that I would not be recompensed for faulty goods that I had recieved. I will not be dealing with the comapny again.
I have now been offered replacement coils. Thnak you.

The mark of a good company is how they deal with problems. I have been ordering from Joytech for a number of years with no real issues but today I contacted them to explain about a battery that had given up the ghost after a few months. I was replied to within 11 minutes with an offer of a replacement. Great service.
