I contracted with Fair2Landlords two years ago. The duration of the contract was for 4 years with a fixed fair guaranteed rent. Since then the property has been continuously let. Their service has been first class. I have been kept informed and received payments regularly and on time.
I wished to put my house up for sale recently and Fair2Landlords kindly agreed to relieve me from my binding contract without any penalties.
It has been such an easy and pleasurable experience to leave all the aspects and difficulties that arise from letting to the efficient, excellent and friendly staff of Fair2Landlords especially Adam, Angela and Gina, leaving me with much peace of mind. I would never again consider doing it myself, nor would I go to anywhere else. Fair2Landlords certainly do the distance and then go the extra mile. I do not hesitate to recommend them to would be and existing Landlords.

We get immediate responses to any queries. The maintenance team are all very polite and speedy and led by Tobin. All in all, the team acts as if it their property and put themselves in both the landlord and the tenant's shoes.

Use of email is a great help to me, as my deafness makes phone conversation difficult.
