Hugely impressed with Adam and the entire team at Fair 2 Landlords and very happy with the excellent service they provide. They generally carry out maintenance using their own staff without the need to rely on 3rd party contractors which makes the whole process more efficient and streamlined. Problems are generally resolved very quickly and if there is any urgent issue, Adam is just at the end of the phone at any time including weekends and evenings. A totally incomparable experience to the slow and abysmal service we put up with for far too long with our previous agent (a well-known name). We have recommended Fair 2 Landlords to friends and I believe at least one of them has now switched over. We would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone!

I must thank Anna for going above and beyond, this was my sons first step in moving away from home so he didn’t have a credit history and couldn’t find all of his documents so I’m sure that most agencies would have said thanks but we can’t help you. Anna didn’t do that but did help, advice and support us every step of the way.
