When I decided to try out a Administrative Assistant from overseas there was a level of apprehension. I was afraid of getting the wrong person or wasting money. I had spoken to another firm I found on social media and they wanted to pay a large set up fee which seemed ridiculous to me. We decided to give Remote Co-Worker a try and we could not be happier. We started with an account manager her in the US and then shifted to an HR manager in the Philippines who spoke to us to figure out what our needs were. We had a specific software that is not very common, it took about two weeks to find suitable candidates but Raji was able to find 3 people for us to interview. I love the interview process because it allowed us to get a feel for who might join our team. For us going from solo-entrepreneurialship took a little bit of adjustment. We had to figure out what we could have our assistant do. But it didn't take long and we have been so happy with the help. We are two month in and still figuring out everything but our Assistant is eager to learn and willing to help. So are our experience has been nothing but positive.
