Ordered lights Friday afternoon online and they arrived Saturday morning.
Unfortunately all 3 had little bubbles in the glass. I contacted Pagazzi Help by email and they explained this was quite common in hand blown glass. Rather than send 3 more out in case they were the same I made a prearranged trip over to the Bolton store where 3 others had been picked, checked and were waiting for me to look at before collection.
I'm refurbing our home and this level of customer service is very rare. Thank you so much to both Mary on 'Help' and Asma in store you're stars.
