"Issues take ages to resolve"
Fibre product mostly works well but whenever you have a problem it takes an age to get resolved. Seems the first line of technical help cannot do much and inevitably a technician needs to be sent out which always takes a few days minimum. Currently I am waiting for a technician to contact me and my internet has been out for 13 days. Not acceptable for something as integral as fibre.

"BAD, service, communication and "skilled agents"."
On 2022-12-08 I cancelled my contract with Supersonic due to bad service (They didn't came back to me to activate my a service). On 2023-01-04 I explained my dissatisfaction that they deducted a premium for January as I paid partly for November 2022 and for December 2022, but the service was only activated 11 December 2022. The final response was "Apologies for the late response, the cancellations department will be processing your cancellation effective immediately and a credit will be requested to our billing department for the month of January". When I made a follow-up on 2023-01-08 the response came "Thank you for your patience. I just got off the phone now and was unfortunately advised that there wont be an immediate cancellation and you need to serve notice for the month of January and there wont be credit for January also."
I didn't use the service during January because they said the service will be cancelled with immediate effect. I paid R29.00 for a data package on my prepaid MTN account on 05 January as I thought Supersonic cancelled my contract with them for January 2023.

I have what I think is a quick, simple to fix problem but have waited for a week now to get a response (other than the "canned" email from the web site). I will be returning the television because I'm not technically savvy. Terrible customer support.

I have been struggling with my fibre now for more then 2 months. They are not helpful and always ask the same stupid questions. I am not prepared to pay for something I don't get useless

The call centre agents are arrogant rude and unhelpful. They take forever to get back to you and don't give a damn about customer service

"Unacceptable Technical Support"
My DSTV fibre connection has been unavailable for over 2 weeks. The Supersonic tech support process is an absolute joke and their commitment to service delivery is simply non-existent.
Maybe someone on this platform can provide feedback as to how to get action from Supersonic, the only company in SA rated lower than Eskom service delivery

"Don't use Supersonic"
Supersonic is truly the worst company. I have relocated and have been trying to move my Internet connection to my new address for 18 days. I tried emailing, phoning, WhatsApp and call backs from their "Super" agents,to no avail. They are super incompetent. I have even tried cancelling their service. How is it possible that such an incompetent company still exists? Stay away people honestly.

Contract says 100mbps service. Actual less than 50mbps download and 3mbps upload (yes 3!!)
WhatsApp contact is frustrating and produces no results, only more frustration. Invoices are a total mess

Supersonic cannot sort issues out. I’ve been billed monthly for a line I requested cancelled in 2019. Your life is too short to deal with this company, avoid like the plague!!! I’ve been trying via Twitter for over a year. Emailing didn’t work. 🤬🤬🤬

If there was a zero rating I’d be giving it. Horrible service and dysfunctional equipment. It hasn’t even been a day since they installed my router and it’s not working.
