"Poor service"

Poor service. Supersonic keeps line "captive" and fails to release the line in order to connect another ISP. This is for previous owners in a house - no I am blocked from connecting my ISP since the line is not released. This is unacceptable and very poor business practise. Don't use them, you will have relentless problems.

"Shocking service by an even worse…"

Shocking service by an even worse service provider. They triple debited me last month and are now pleading ignorance in an effort to avoid returning my money to me. Money they were never authorized to take. Amazing how they can take your money in an instant and take several weeks to "escalate the matter". Appalling

"Worst service ever"

Hi I called supersonic call centre accounts at the beginning of September to enquire the amount due as I wanted to pay via eft . I was told I owe the current only which is R699 and everything will be up to date . I paid via eft and sent the proof of payment as requested . My internet fiber stopped working on Friday 02 October so I called supersonic to enquire . I was told that there a problem in my area and should be resolved within an hour . I went out came home 3 hours later the internet was still off . I called again to be told it's a fiber problem and the service provider vuma will call me in a few minutes . I waited more than one hour and called supersonic again. I now told that my account is suspended and needed to pay . I then enquired will I be connected after pay . I was told yes all I have to do is email proof of payment and I will be reconnected. I sent the proof of payment . I called supersonic to tell them I paid and the proof of payment sent as requested and if I could please get reconnected as promised. She was rude by telling me " I am sorry we dont work this way we need to notify another department " and just drops the call . It has costed me R480 airtime and R550 in data because of supersonic unprofessional untrained and useless staff . Please listen to our voice recordings and you will know how wrong your team are . I paid almost R3000 at one shot for my account . I spent almost another R1000 in data and airtime . Please resolve and reimburse me .

"Give them a skip"

Only gave them one star because I had to. Do not use this company. They lie and deceive through their “tech” agents, give no commitments and no feedback whatsoever. They seem to be proud be be the worst.

"Poor customer service.."

Poor customer service...its been 5 days without internet since case was logged. no one contacted me no sms on progress nothing. on their website the promise the world but never deliver on it. Their billing process is terrible

"Dont ever deal with these people.Paid a…"

Dont ever deal with these people.Paid a deposit 3 weeks ago.First issue courier service was hijacked.Waited five days for them to send next delivery.Recieved router but sim card was not working.Contactef them many times.Yesterday i was told they would call me in an hour.Still waiting.This evening held on for 30 min.Evetually got through.Then i was put on hold for another ten minutes by one of the do called superstars.She put my on hold and never answered the phone again.All i want now is my money back.Please dont deal with these people.You will pull your hair out

"Tried to sign up with them"

Tried to sign up with them, 3 phone calls,emails and WhatsApp messages and still no one has called. That was 3 weeks ago. Called Vodacom we were up and running over a week ago, coincidentally Supersonic owns the fiber in our estate 🤪

"Worst company I have dealt with in any sector"

Unfortunately I have to agree with everyone else. They overcharged me twice and every time it took countless calls, holding on for hours, speaking to clueless staff eventually, being cut off, emails answered eventually and then they block you when you want to reply. I have a 400 GB pacage which ran out and when I wanted to top up the money for that disappeared as I have run into the negative mysteriously. If anyone knows where I can report them please let me know!

Super Kak internet and they're a bunch of lying thieving criminals!!!! Please stay away, they are lairs and incompetent ISP, please folks stay away from them, I have cancelled and I ma moving to Vox, you don't deserve any customers at all, I hope all who read this and the other complaint boycott you, and close your doors for good, you don't deserve our business.
