Send tickets since 1 October 2021 and called them. E-mailed the whole day, no replies. No response. No Service. No internet. No help. SuperSonic customer service is worse than anything I ever came across.

Absolutely poor service !!! Internet connection problematic. I've had called the service, long wait before any answer and still no resolution. Still waiting for a call back. I called again and they just keep asking same question. No direct access to technicians while they wait for messages between them and service center.

I paid my monthly subscription in their Standard Bank account. I did not know if you are using prepaid you have to pay through easy pay. I called the call centre they said I must send the proof of payment which I did. I said numerous emails no response..bad service ever

The worst service provider (if that) ever! I do not recommend them to anyone and if you have signed up with them, may God be with you as you will need a miracle to get any form of assistance. I simply requested for a termination of their account with the FSP in my area, and 3 weeks later I have probably used more airtime than what their company is worth just trying to get that request actioned, and am still waiting for that call. Their customer service agents are liars, they don't seem to know anything about their own service, they are not polite or professional, and never get anything resolved. Rubbish rubbish rubbish service!

The customer service received is so pathetic
I have called your offices 7 times today requesting for a payment link tio reactivate my wifi
ALl of them promised to call me back or send me the payment link i am waiting for calls and emails since 8am this morning its already 2pm in the afternoon
I have been experiencing this poor services the day i subscribed for the service hence i gave supersonic the benefit of a doubt and use the service cause the internet connection is p-erfect
Every single month i have to call 20 times for assistance requesting to speak to management NO RESPONSES

I just received the router today and it's not working. I received it in the morning and I have been calling the agents only put me through to customer service of which I don't get any luck of getting through it. I am already regretting ever getting this router from supersonic.
All I want now is to cancel, I spent over R200 airtime trying to call.
Please I need a useful number to call for cancelation I am no longer interested
