"WORST EVER!!! DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY PROMISE!!!"

WORST EVER!!!! we applied for the fibre with router service in May.... after numerous phone calls they finally sent vuma to install the Fibre line in September..... but they "forgot" to send their own technician with the router to come set up our line.
We phoned ... and phoned ... and phoned... and emailed... and phoned ....
We are now in November and we still have no router.... BUT best is we get invoiced for over R3000.00 for Fibre????? How the #&*$ are you charging me for a service I CANNOT USE WITHOUT A ROUTER ???????????

your accounts department says they will credit.... but they still just keep on billing me....

Good luck to anyone who believes this poop from them!!!!

"Kukkest service"

The worst service ever 0 assistance from the company specialty the crappy advisors, 10 failed callbacks, service has been down for days now advisors do great at blaming vumarea h and vumatel for the problem which is not the case. Not a single advisor can fix my service and I work from home.... Please cancel my service with immediate effect as I am now gatvol of superaonic

"My wifi was cut due to non payment"

My wifi was cut due to non payment, made payment this morning and now I am struggling to get an email to send proof of payment so that my wifi will be reconnected. When you call you wait until your airtime finished, WhatsApp is useless.

I am very frustrated. I was hoping to get this email on my statement but I never.

Please supersonic improve the way you are dealing with your customers. I have read other reviews and it is only frustrations of the customer. How can you frustrate the source of your income if really you are serious about Business.

"PATHETIC!!!!"

Supersonic is by far the worst and most unreliable provider. Complaints are never resolved. You are on hold for at least 20 minutes. I hope who ever considers supersonic for wifi or fibre would do their research and put the time in to read reviews. Take it from me and many other frustrated supersonic clients you will regret it and be paying for a service thats non existing.....

And supersonic team please dont apologize on the review i will cancel my debit order through the bank cause trying to reach out to you is a complete disaster.

"Applied online for new fiber line…"

Applied online for new fiber line contract with Supersonic 5 weeks back. After 3 weeks of no feedback or response I cancelled my online contract. Now I tried applied with a different ISP just to find out my fiber line is still open on a order from Supersonic. It is now week 2 after a requested the line be return to the pool. Still all I get is promises and we will send through the cancellation asap. You are very unprofessional with non-existing customer service...

"Release the line!"

We moved into a new house with a Vumatel line. The previous owners used Supersonic. After calling for four days, Supersonic keeps om promising that the line will be released. I have to explain the whole story to a new agent everytime, and after waiting for about 30 mimutes every time, I still only get the answer that the line will be released soon. I’m working from home, and this is affecting my job performance. I still have no answers. Customer service is so bad. Really disappointed and would love to get some real answers!

"I'm not impressed at all I cancelled…"

I'm not impressed at all I cancelled with supersonic because I relocated and I'm not going to use supersonic anymore I called in and everything is cancelled but now they claiming I owe them over R7000 so they refuse to release the vumatel line, how on earth did I still have fiber if I owed so much you were paid every month now suddenly I owe you people. Now the new tenants were we moved from can't use the vumatel line because you refuse to release it you people are crooks. I call in and the gentleman puts me on hold for 15min after he is so rude and arrogant with me talking over me and not letting me get a word in eventually I dropped the call disgusting

"The worst service provider"

The worst service provider. You pay for a service you are not getting, you waste your airtime calling them and are told they will fix the problem but nothing changes. DO NOT SIGNUP WITH THEM YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR
