Jono and his team came highly recommended from a number of different people and they surpassed our expectations when they worked in a single story extension for us, starting in January this year. Without exception, every single person that worked on site was friendly, polite and hard-working, even putting up with a loud and nosy dog and two small children every day!

Communication was excellent throughout, with Jono and Rich regularly on-site to keep us in the loop and things moving forward. They were totally flexible, adapting the work to fit with changes we made, and couldn’t have been more reassuring throughout the whole process. They coordinated perfectly with the plumbers (Dan and Martin, the nicest duo in the world), electricians and other trades to make sure everything was seamless and the work was completed on time.

Needless to say we’ve passed out recommendations on to anyone who will listen.

We first used Andrews Group to build a large extension and convert a workshop into a granny annex. They had done a lot of good looking work around our area, so after gaining planning permission, we asked them to quote for the job. Jono, the owner, listened to our requirements and laid out a detailed quote with a start date estimate. He also has a list of preferred plumbing, electrical and roofing contractors and arranged for them to come and discuss our requirements and quote for the job. They started on time just before the Covid 19 lock down and made very good progress with the build. They kept us informed of their work plan and asked us to confirm major structural work before they proceeded. Their staff have been with the firm for many years and are friendly and accommodating. Despite Covid, they managed to keep sourcing materials and complete the job on budget and with a great build quality. We were so impressed with their work and project management, that we also used Andrews Group to build a loft and extension conversion at my daughters and more recently some improvement works at the mother in laws. In all cases the jobs were finished to a high standard and on time and budget. I would highly recommend Andrews Group.

Jono put us at ease from the start. His quote was detailed, and most importantly accurate. Having never embarked on any major building work before, we were apprehensive, but several people we know had worked with the team and no one had anything but positive experiences.

We can completely understand now why everyone was so positive. Every single person that worked on site was friendly, knew exactly what they were doing and kept the site as tidy as possible. Jono and Rich were always on hand to answer my many questions, and really responsive to anything we asked of them.

Even with material shortages etc, the work continued, and the build came in both on time and on budget.

We’re so happy with the finished house, and wouldn’t even consider using a different company if we were ever to do a building project again.

After recommendations from a number of friends we appointed Andrews Extensions to construct a double storey rear extension and to re- configure the ground floor of our house. Throughout the entire process we found all of the team to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. "Large extension in Guiseley"

Jono completed our large extension in April 2022 and the whole process was smooth and stress free.
We were new to this scale of works being done, and the whole thing seemed very scary and daunting! Especially with the horror stories of material price hikes and cowboy jobs.

We knew we needed an experienced builder that was good at planning and communicating, to keep us at ease.
Jono came to see us towards the end of 2021, after doing some social media research on local builders. We liked his knowledgeable and laid back approach, and the fact that he had availability to start in the next 8 weeks. I know this can put some people off, but he has a large team and we didnt want to wait years to start. Feedback from his other customers also confirmed we were in good hands.

Jono delivered on his promise and sent his quote 2 weeks later. It wasnt the cheapest but it wasnt the most expensive either. It was broken down well enough for us to make the comparisons.
His project plan was clear and the payment schedule was well laid out. Once started, he kept us in the loop of all the major milestones (knock throughs etc) and trades people coming that week.
We also took up Jono's recommendation and used Martin and Daniel Lee for their plumbing services, Martin and Daniel were also brilliant!!
The work was completed to a high standard and on time and to budget (apart for the extras we decided to do last minute).
Jono and the team were approachable and extremely accommodating through out. We couldn't have asked for a better team and service!
We love the final finish and look of the house as well as the extra space we have for our family to enjoy for years to come.
