"Fantastic service"

Fantastic service. My solar PV stopped working entirely. Engineers came out very quickly and found that my inverter had in fact stopped working. Replaced and gave me a warranty. Couldn't recommend Ryan and Ross highly enough

"Total Farce"

We had our Solar Panels unfortunately fitted by Apple - what a mistake we made they went into liquidation we then had problems with our converters - Solar Eco Uk contacted us - in fact turned up at our door we discussed our issues and what they were going to do we accepted the cost which sounded great but all they kept doing was giving us dates AND NOBODY turning up they didn’t even contact us to let us know that they were not arriving we were due to have them here on Friday 25th June at 14.00 but again NOTHING. We contacted Ross (several calls) and he told us they were on there way but running a bit late GUESS WHAT nobody showed AGAIN!! Total Joke please avoid

My solar PV system stopped working so I called Solar Eco UK after finding them on the Solax website.. very helpful technician came to see me and told me the inverter had failed.. replaced it very quickly and easily and I have seen an increase in my production.. so so happy with the service and couldn’t recommend them highly enough..
