"Order cancelled without mutual agreement"

I bought 4 tires at a good discount price, maybe due to stock off promotion.
A few hours later I've received an email with the order cancellation... and without mutual agreement.

This is not the correct way to deal with this type of situation. I've lost some money within the transaction and the promotion was fake.
Lost of time..... Don't trust them.

"They cancell your order without asking!"

After having purchased and paid a set of four tyres at a discount price in the morning, I receive an email in the afternoon telling me that the order has been cancelled due to a incorrect pricing of the product.

And they didn't even processed the refund in the same day. They kept my money in their bank accounts for 24 hours.

What the hell is this? I think this is abusive behaviour.

They have cancelled my four orders because they just find out the price was not correct (lower than usual) even after I payed which caused loses of payment fees. That's unacceptable, one error I could understand but four erros which cause my to lose money.

Ao chegar à oficina para onde decidi que os pneus fossem enviados, por ficar perto da minha residência, apesar de ter telefonado antes a perguntar se podia ir aquela hora mudar os pneus, verifiquei uma falta de rigor e conhecimento de causa.
Até parecia que estavam alcoolizados tal era a dificuldade em nos entendermos.
Acabei por sair de lá sem montar os pneus e fui montar noutra oficina, E POR SUGESTÃO DELES.
Inacreditável.

Má experiência principalmente devido à entrega, a Chronopost é uma empresa com um serviço bastante fraco e com um call center falacioso, não tem cuidado na lide com os cliente e ainda acham que as pessoas tem o dia todo para estar a espera de encomendas que NÃO chegam nos dias nem nas horas combinadas. Não voltarei a fazer negócio com a pneu city enquanto não forem encontradas alternativas de entrega
