Appalling service still awaiting order one month after ordering says it's still in manufacturing 2 x photobooks supposed to be Christmas presents .Would certainly not recommend company.

This company is horrible. I ordered and was promised delivery before Xmas. My product has still not been delivered and I have reached out to customer service and they keep giving me the same generic response we have escalated this blah blah... They sent me a tracking number which has not moved or been updated for 10 days! I keep reaching out and do not receive a solid response. AVOID THIS COMPANY

"Ordered 2-50 page books. One late the other lost."
I ordered two 50-page leather books on Dec. 1st. The website would not let me order the books together so I had to pay two sets of shipping charges. The books were due to arrive by Dec. 13th. Unfortunately, the first book arrived on Dec. 26th and was late for a Christmas present. The second one has not arrived as of 1/2/25. This is very frustrating and I can only communicate by email. I do not feel the company is helping me.

You promised my canvas photos would be delivered by Christmas. They didn’t and so I had to scramble for other gifts. They finally arrived, but I wasn’t thrilled with the quality. If it was a problem with my photo quality, you should have said something.

"Would not recommend"
Would not recommend. I ordered 60 photo prints for delivery guaranteed for Christmas. Hadn’t heard anything by 23rd December so emailed for update. They then said had been sent & I did receive a delivery on 24th however this was for 1 singular print, not the 60 ordered. Have sent 2 emails since & have had received no response. Very disappointed & have not been able to gift the present I wanted for Christmas.

The calendars looked nice and the images were good quality. I only give 3 stars because I received my order 10 days later than the date I was quoted on the site when I made the order.

"Absolutely abysmal company "
I placed an order on the 19th December for a framed printed photo as a Christmas gift for my mum. At the time of ordering, I was offered “guaranteed by Christmas” if I paid extra, so I paid £8 for delivery and a further £4 for “rushing” the order. After 5 days I had not heard a single thing and Christmas was getting close, so I contacted them. They ignored my email and then contacted me (in a separate generic email) on the evening (9:20pm) on the 23rd December to inform me that they have not dispatched my order due to a stocking issue. I then politely asked for a refund of my delivery fees, to which they ignored. I then escalated this to their escalation team and they ignored my second request to reimburse my delivery fees. After getting slightly angry after being ignored, someone finally got back to me and offered an $8 credit to use on my next order!?! First of all, I paid in £GBP not $USD and also, I would never order from this company again in my life! I strongly advise that you don’t either.
