Claimed to changed my address but didn’t I emailed you guys plenty of times and only got ONE saying if I’d like to purchase it again , no o spent 200$ on a blanket already & never got it or my money back

Absolutely disgusting that on 23rd December I received a message to say I would not receive my photo books ( Christmas Memory books for my 3 children).
They quote on their website and on their FAQs that Christmas delivery deadlines will be met.
I completed my books and paid £17 for rush delivery ( delivery expected in 1-2 working days) all within their Christmas deadlines, only to be told that there is an unexpected shortage in inventory. If they had stuck to their promised delivery dates they would have realised there was an unexpected shortage of inventory before the 23 December.
Utter lies on their website … don’t make a delivery promise that you can not keep.
I will have 3 very upset children… who every year have received a memory book, the only difference being that the past few years I have used photo box and they CAN keep their delivery promise.
Customer service - 0 …. I will not be using printer pix again!!!

The website said “orders still in time for Christmas.” I paid a rush charge for production to “get to the front of the line” then paid for rush delivery charges only to get informed my gifts would not be received until after Christmas. Then I receive a note saying 99% of all gift gifts ordered by December 18 will make it by Christmas. That’s not what your website said.

The blanket was very very nice. Warm, soft and great quality printing. Only thing is it could have been a bit more inexpensive. Even with coupons many competitors are little lower in price.

An order I placed 12 Dec, said it would be here in 4-7 business days. Today is Christmas Eve and tracking says it is England. So safe to say it won’t be here by Christmas like it said it would.

Ordered on 05/12/2024 as of today 24/12/24 i still haven't received it , or a update from the company replying to my emails... I wish i avoided this company because this is a joke.

"Damaged product, poor quality, non existant customer service.…"
Ordered an item 27th November which arrived damaged and poor quality. They offered replacement which never came. Many e mails later and a complaint through PayPal and finally get a response that they have reorderd. But knowing this would be too late for Christmas I made other arrangements and asked for a refund which was refused. Now, 23rd December they send an email apologising they have an inventory issue and can't deliver before Christmas. Shocker. So I do expect PayPal to uphold my claim and others like me need to use the dispute system offered by their payment provider. This company continue to advertise and underdeliver.

The website was easy enough to navigate, but ultimately I chose this website because of a Groupon coupon and the promise of delivery before Christmas. I ordered 2 wall calendars and a blanket. The blanket came before Christmas as guaranteed, however, the wall calendars did not. $25 in shipping charges. I wish I wouldn’t have taken the gamble and went with Walmart for the calendars. Now I know.
