"Really disappointing"
Really disappointing, as others have said. Ordered before the cut off point for delivery before Christmas and was sent an email to advise it would be delayed on 24th December. Awful customer service, and embarrassing apologies all round for not having a gift for someone. If orders weren’t going to be fulfilled, companies like this shouldn’t take peoples money and advertise if it’s ordered before the cut off point it would be received. I ordered 16th December, and it was still showing orders ordered by 18th would be sent by Christmas. Wouldn’t recommend this company and won’t be ordering again.

"Not worth the risk"
I placed an order roughly 10 days before Christmas for a gift needed. They clearly advertised “ order by this date, to receive by Christmas “ I ordered 3 days before the cutoff. The gift never arrived. I tried reaching out to them and customer support does not exist, all you receive is standard response and most likely automated. It makes me upset, since I had other options. There is no doubt, they know the packages won’t arrive, it’s all about getting as many sales as they can. Disappointed, will never use again. I look forward to telling my experience to my 900k followers as well

I didn’t want to give them a star. They charged me over $41.00 to have my item expedited to have it delivered by Christmas Eve, only to have it coming late and I still haven’t received it on the 26th that they said would be the next date I would have it. They wouldn’t refund my expedited shipping fee and now I really don’t want the product. It beats the purpose of a Christmas gift.

"Customer service is terrible…"
As others have commented the customer service is terrible if thing go wrong. The actual products are good if things go right. Have had ongoing issues since September. Receive apology after apology (usually same wording repeated time And time again, but don't get the refunds promised.
