Ich bin absolut unzufrieden. Der bestellte A3-Fotokalender kam nach sehr langer Lieferzeit teilweise geknickt an. Papierqualität unbefriedigend, dazu beidseitig bedruckt. Billigste "Qualität", Finger weg von Printerpix!!!
Update: Natürlich hat sich bei mir niemand aus diesem unseriösen "Team" gemeldet, wie mit der 08/15-Antwort auf meine Bewertung angekündigt. Nochmals: FINGER WEG VON PRINTERPIX

Terrible Experience with Printerpix USA – Poor Quality and Non-Existent Customer Support
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Printerpix USA. I placed an order (Order #CO60R94447[64483321]) and was shocked by the substandard quality of the prints I received. The pictures were poorly done—shabby, washed out, and completely lacking the vibrancy of the original images I provided.
I immediately contacted their customer service and requested a full refund. They instructed me to return the product, which I did, and I even shared the USPS return receipt as proof. However, since then, I have only received automated replies full of generic apologies and no real action. Despite numerous follow-ups, they continue to stall, and I feel completely ignored.
This company’s lack of accountability and refusal to provide proper customer service is unacceptable. Their "support team" is clearly designed to frustrate customers rather than assist them.
Save yourself the trouble—do not order from Printerpix. They fail to deliver quality products, and their customer service is a joke. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"Failed delivery with plenty of time to do so…"
If delayed please let your customers right away and don't make excuses about quality control etc. Do not send your customer notice on December 23rd (19 business days from order submission) to make 'other' arrangements for Christmas products. Take your responsibility and refund for what you did not deliver.

"No product received "
They lie about shipping times and capability of meeting expected time frames. I ordered and paid extra for expedited printing and shipping and it gave me a 5 day expected time frame. I am over 10 days now with no product in hand still and no tracking number even. I am beginning to wonder if they are just scam artists who took over 100 dollars with no intent to deliver. Buyers beware!

"Late delivery "
When I ordered the calenders the shipping said guaranteed delivery before Christmas. It was supposed to be there by the 23rd. Then it was updated to yesterday and now it says possible delivery today. I'm just disappointed in the delivery saying guaranteed before Christmas and it still hasn't come yet. It was supposed to be Christmas gifts for the family.

"Not delivered and no customer support. AVOID"
Ordered in time for Christmas delivery as assured on website. Paid extra for faster delivery. Over £80 spent and to to-date (27/12/24) no item. Rubbish automatic replies when you contact them. No idea if my item is even made let alone posted. I can understand late postage over Christmas but lack of customer support is unforgivable. Will never use again and will advise others to avoid.
